The four main suspects in the refinery case, Adel Al-Qudah, Ahmad Al-Rifaei, Mohammad Al-Rawashdeh, and Khaled Shaheen, have been officially notified with the indictment during their presence before the court.

Adel Al-Qudah, Ahmad Al-Rifaei, and Mohammad Al-Rawashdeh were charged with felonies of bribery and post abuse, as the fourth suspect Khaled Shaheen was charged with the same felonies multiplied three times.
