Public Security Director Spokesman, Major Muhammad Khatib has said that security apparatus has referred 23 students from Yarmouk University and Irbid Private University to the State Security Court over riot charges in light of assault on public and private properties of the faculty of economy.

Twenty six other cases were transferred to the administrative governor as they were caught outside the university premises in order to participate in riot later on.
