The Director of Examinations at the Ministry of Education, Dr. Fayez Saudi, said, "The ministry did not receive any formal complaints from students regarding the content or timing of tawjihi questions."

With regard to student's negative reactions to the "General Culture" portion of the exam, Saudi told AmmanNet that all the questions were from the book, and that different levels among students were taken into consideration.

Students used the social networking site Facebook to create a page for complaints and general feedback on the tawjihi exams.

Despite the fact that the page was created under the title "tawjihi students" and it is not an official page of the Ministry of Education, the Department of Examinations in the Ministry is following up with the complaints and feedback, according to Saudi.

Students expressed various opinions of the exam on the page; one student wrote, "Today's exam was good." Another students wrote, "I left the exam room happy."

A student wrote, "The questions were from between the lines," and another one said, " The general culture exam was so difficult, I do not think I will pass it." Some said, "The exam needs understanding."
