New JD5 services tax

I the the time Mohammad Abu Hammour Minister of Finance declared that the government will not impose any further taxes on goods and services in the kingdom until the end of this year, the government has decided to impose a new JD5 departure tax paid by those who leave Jordan by sea or land, according to Arab Al-Yawm newspaper.

Colleague Ibrahim Khreisat has quoted a governmental source “the government has decided to receive JD5 from every person and vehicle leaves Jordan”.
