Family Protection administration has started investigation of the case of a 28 years old girl who was forced to run away from her home after being tied by chains and beat by her brother.

The administration mentioned that this is the second time this girl tries to run away from her home as police caught her once before for escaping for the same reasons and forced her to go back.

The victim said that she started to get used to being tied even when going to the bathroom.
