Egypt agrees Jordanian aid convoy to go to Gaza from sea

Head of the Professional Associations Complex, Dr. Ahmad Al Armouty, has told Radio Al-Balad that Egyptian authorities has agree to let Jordanian aid convoys to go to Gaza under condition that it goes from the sea.

Armouty said that he has received a phone call from Deputy Prime Minister and Interior Minister Nayef Qadi during which he said that he Egyptian authorities has allowed the Jordanian aid convoy to go to Gaza.

Egypt, from its side, has asked the kingdom that such aids do not exceed food and medical materials, reiterating that construction materials are not allowed to be delivered as it is banned from the Israeli side. He included that about 100 participants are expected to go with this convoy.
