Tender to produce online platform for a media application

The Community Media Network is looking for a company that is familiar with journalism and technology to produce, design, and implement a subscription-based application.

The application should aim to  search and visualize relationships of public figures.

Buzzwords : web scrapper , database entry back end, user friendly front end, NLP/ AI .

Community Media Network will give 40% value to companies with experience in media and technology 30% for price and 30% for technical offer.
