The violence that occurred at the hands of Jordanian security forces on Friday during the protests at Jamal Abdul Nasser Square (the Circle of the the Ministry of the Interior), in full view of Arab and international media-- is a disgrace, said a group from Ma'an. During Friday's turn of events, which left one innocent person dead and over a hundred wounded, not even media personnel were spared from the attack by the gendarmerie, security forces, and the government-loyalist thugs.
